Whether dealing with a toddler or high schooler, many of us find ourselves asking “WHY?” when the same troublesome behaviors surface again and again. With the help of leading Mental Health Behavioral Therapist Holly-Beth Myers, you’ll acquire a new understanding of the foundation for difficult behaviors and how you may help children change. Ms. Myers helps children and caregivers gain a new perspective and walk away with useful tools to implement lasting change.

Ms. Myers assists both typical developing and special needs children, from toddler to high-school age. She offers services out of the SPEECH PATHways clinic. Her expertise may also be made available to teachers and other educators through workshops.

Holly-Beth Myers holds an M.S. in Counseling Education from McDaniel College. She is a Mental Health Behavioral Therapist with Northwestern Human Services who provides therapy to children with multiple mental and emotional disorders. Holly-Beth has recently become certified in Functional Behavioral Assessments. Her passion is in helping children and their families learn new coping skills to handle life’s difficulties. Holly-Beth is a member of the American Counseling Association.

OT Kidz, LLC—a local pediatric OT practice— offers pediatric OT services right at the SPEECH PATHways clinic! OT Kidz is owned and operated by Julie Parsons, OTR/L, who is Sensory Integration Certified. Julie and her staff offer individual assessments, individual treatments and co-treatments with speech therapy at day and evening appointments. Julie specializes in a multitude of disorders, including developmental delays/disorders, fine motor delays, autism spectrum disorders and sensory integration disorders.
